I didn’t always know I wanted to be a massage therapist and if you asked me five years ago what a movement coach was, I’d have no clue what you were talking about. In 2015 I graduated from UCSC with a degree in Sociology intent on being the best teacher ever and went on to receive my credential from CSUMB. I taught one fabulous cohort of 5th graders, packed my bags, and left the classroom for good. I was burnt out, lost, and felt like a total failure. It took a few years to redirect, but fast forward to the present day, I’m a California Certified Massage Therapist with over 500 hours of study, a NASM-certified personal trainer, and I’m absolutely obsessed with what I do. I love empowering people with tools to be successful and the magic of surprising yourself by doing something you didn’t think possible. I can’t wait to experience this magic together,
